The rates quoted must be submitted to the Human Resource Division of the General Administration Department, Head Office, Thimphu on or before July 11, 2016 by 11.00 AM and same shall be opened at 11.30AM on the same day.
All bidders must fulfill the terms and conditions of the quotation.
