Notice Inviting for Limited Tender
The Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan limited, Head Office, Thimphu hereby invites sealed item rate bids from eligible contractors/bidders registered with CDB for execution of the following work:-

1. The bid shall be conducted through national competitive bidding procedures specified in the RGoB procurement manual.
2. Interested eligible bidders may download a complete set of documents in English from RICB website www.ricb.bt. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted.
3. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security and bid must be delivered to Real Estate Division, Head Office, Thimphu.
4. Participating in others license shall not be accepted.
5. All the bidders are asked to visit the construction site for familiarization before quoting the rates.
