1. The bidder shall be conducted through national competitive bidding procedures specified in the RGoB procurement manual and are open to all bidders from countries as defined in section of the bidding documents.
2. Interested eligible bidders may download a complete set of documents in English from RICBL website www.ricb.bt. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted.
3. Bid Documents must reach to Store Division Head Office, Thimphu on December 12, 2018 before 11.00 AM, Head Office, Thimphu
4. Participating in others license shall not be entertained.
