RICB Securities Limited was established on the 1st of May 1993 to promote securities trading and develop the capital market in the country under the directives of the Royal Government of Bhutan.
Subsequently, the RICB Securities was incorporated under the Companies Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan on the 8th of December 1993 to enhance the securities and capital market trading.
Since its inception, the division has carried out more than 50 percent of the securities trading in the country. Likewise, we look forward to continuing the streak to transform securities and capital trading in Bhutan into one of the most brisk capital market in the world.
