1.The interested Bhutanese bidders having the specified license (valid) may download the tender documents from our website www.ricb.bt. The non-refundable tender document fee of Nu.500/- (Five Hundred) must be deposited in cash along with the tender document.
2. The tender document must be addressed as per the address mentioned in the ToR and submitted to the Real Estate, Corporate Office, Thimphu.
3. The bid form must be duly filled and signed on all the pages with the bidder’s official seal.
