  1. The interested consultant(s) having valid license may download the tender documents from RICB website (www.ricb.bt). The tender document fee of Nu. 1,000 (One thousand) which is non refundable must be deposited along with the tender documents.
  2. The bid must be addressed to the address mentioned in section 1 and should be submitted to the Procurement section, GAD, Thimphu.
  3. The bid form must be duly filled and signed on every page as per the instructions
