The selection of the candidate was based on the following criteria.

All selected candidates are requested to report to the Human Resource Division, Head Office, Thimphu on October 20, 2015 at 9.00 A.M for the confirmation of candidature and placement.
Further, those candidates who have not been selected may submit the individual grievances or appeal if any to the Human Resource Division from October 14 – 26, 2015.
