Invitation for Bids

The Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan limited, Head Office, Thimphu hereby invites sealed item rate bids from eligible contractors/bidders registered with CDB for execution of following work:

1. The bid shall be conducted through national competitive bidding procedures specified in the RGoB procurement manual and are open to all bidders from countries as defined in section ITB clause No. 11.1 of the bidding documents.

2. Interested eligible bidders may download a complete set of documents in English from RICBL website www.ricb.bt . Electronic bidding shall not be permitted.

3. Bids must be delivered to the Head Office, Thimphu on 17/08/2018 before 12.30 PM.

4. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of fixed amount as mentioned above.

5. Participating in others license shall not be accepted.

6. All the bidders are asked to visit the construction site for familiarization before quoting the rates.
