1. The bidder shall be conducted through national competitive bidding procedures specified in the RGoB procurement manual and are open to all bidders from countries as defined in the section of the bidding documents.
2. Interested eligible bidders may download a complete set of documents in English from RICBL website www.ricb.bt . Electronic bidding shall not be permitted.
3. Bid Document must be reached to the store Division Head Office, Thimphu on August 2nd, 2018 on or before 11.00 AM, Head Office, Thimphu
4. Participating in others license shall not be entertained.
