  1. The interested national bidders having valid CDB license may download the tender document from our website (www.ricb.bt) with effect from 05th of July 2021. The non-refundable tender document fee of Nu. 1,000 (One thousand) must be deposited in cash along with the tender document.
  2. The tender document should be submitted to Real Estate, Corporate Office, Thimphu.
  3. The bid must be addressed to the address mention in the TOR.
  4. Bid form must be dully filled and signed.
  5. The bidders may visit Branch Office, Gelephu for site inspection.
