The Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited invites sealed bids from eligible Suppliers for the following items for financial year 2024;

4	General Printing items;	Thimphu and Phuntsholing
5	Computer spare parts, cartridges and network accessories;	Thimphu and Phuntsholing
6	Capital Assets (All Computer equipment, All Office Equipment, IT Office Equipment and Furniture and Fixture).	Thimphu

The interested eligible firms having valid license for the supply of above items can obtain the tender documents from the Store, Corporate office, and Phuntsholing Main Branch upon payment of non-refundable of tender fee Nu. 1,000.00 (Ngultrums/INR one thousand) only.
The bidder should submit the tender documents to Store, Corporate Office Thimphu and Phuntsholing Main Branch respectively.
The bid must be addressed to the address mentioned in the Bid schedule and address.
