NOTICE INVITING FOR OPEN TENDER

The Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited, Thimphu, invites sealed bids from eligible Bhutanese firms with valid trade licenses for the supply and delivery of T-shirts and umbrellas, as per the designs provided by the RICB.

Note: The quantities of T-shirts and umbrellas are subject to change.

1. Eligible Bhutanese firms may download the tender documents from the RICB website (www.ricb.bt).
2. A non-refundable tender document fee of Nu. 500 must be deposited along with the tender documents.
3. The sealed bid must be addressed to the address mentioned in Section 1: Bid Schedule and Address.
4. The bid must be submitted to the Procurement Unit, GA/HRD, Thimphu.
5. The bid form must be duly filled out and signed on every page as per the instructions.
