  1. Interested bidders having valid licenses for the Implementation of IFRS 9/BFRS 9 ECL model software at RICB may download the Tender Document from our website www.ricb.bt.
  2. Non-refundable tender fee of Nu 1,000/- (Ngultrums one thousand only) must be deposited along with the bid.
  3. The tender document should be submitted to the Procurement Section, General Administration Department, Corporate Office, Thimphu.
  4. The bid must be addressed to the address mentioned in the RFP.
