The Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the sale of the following particulars on “As is where is Basis”.

  1. Cost of Tender Document: Nu 300.00 (Nu Three Hundred) only.  
  2. Earnest Money Deposit: Nu 20,000.00 (Nu Twenty Thousand) only.  
  3. The successful bidder shall lift the item within 07 days from the date of opening the tender.
  4. Last date of submission of tender documents: On or before 4:00 p.m. on 10/11/2023.
  5. Date of opening of tender 13/11/2023 at 10:30 am in the RICB, Conference Hall, Thimphu.
  6. Non-Bhutanese intending to participate in the tender should arrange their entry permit on their own.  

The bidding documents can be purchased from the RICB cash counter, Thimphu Main Branch, against the payment of Nu 300.00 (Nu Three Hundred) only, which is non-refundable. The bidders are requested to inspect the items. It may be noted that any complaint after the auction shall not be entertained. The items can be inspected during office hours (9 AM to 4 PM).
