NOTICE ON ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

We invite the shareholders of Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited to the 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 10:00 AM on the 24th of April 2024 at Hotel Druk in Thimphu. The AGM shall transact the following businesses:

  1. Adoption of the Directors’ Report and Audited Financial Statements of RICB for the Financial Year ended 31st December 2023 and Auditors’ Report thereon.
  2. Declaration of Dividend, if any.
  3. Consideration of retirement and appointment of Board Directors of RICB.
  4. Appointment of Statutory Auditors of RICB for the Financial Year 2024.
  5. Ratification of Directors’ and CEO’s remuneration and benefits for the year 2023.
  6. Any other matters.

Kindly send the confirmation of your participation or nominate a proxy in your place in case you cannot attend the AGM latest by the 20th of April to the Company Secretary of RICB.
