Domestic Travel Insurance Policy (DTIP) provides insurance to traveller’s life during travel within Bhutan and Indian states (West Bengal & Assam) if the journey involves traveling through India.
The travel insurance coverage however lasts only up to the scheduled journey. The DTIP expires as soon as the insured arrives at the final destination.
In the event of an accident during the travel period, the policy guarantees compensation to the insured.
