The Householder’s Insurance Policy is a package policy to help protect the contents of your home, including furniture, against fire, natural disasters and burglary.

The policy also covers personal accidents for the homeowners, including death and permanent disability. With the Householder’s Insurance Policy, one can save up to 50% on the premiums.

The policy covers four different products:

Fire and STIF (including earthquake)
Burglary/housebreaking
Money insurance (Cash-in-transit/cash in safe)
Personal Accident (Free coverage of Sum Insured Nu 50,000)

Protects the insured & his/her family members residing permanently with the insured against death and permanent total disablement

Loss or damage to articles of consumable nature

Loss or damage to money, securities, stamps, stamp collection bullion, livestock, and vehicles

Loss of or damage to any electronic appliances or fitting damaged by overrunning, excessive pressure, short-circuit, arcing, self-heating or electricity leakage

Loss of or damage to deeds, bills of exchange, promissory notes, shares and stock certificates, business books, manuscripts documents of any kind and valuables unless specifically declared
