The Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Education on 22/11/2016 under the Ten-tsai Mangul Ngenchoel – II, a life insurance scheme designed particularly for groups, institutions and companies.
Ten-tsai Mangul Ngenchoel – II is a non-participating Guaranteed Endowment Assurance Policy designed with an objective to provide an avenue for investment by way of guaranteed additions coupled with life insurance benefit. All Research Officers (Principals/ Vice Principals) of the Ministry of Education would be covered under the scheme.
The invested Sherig Endowment Fund of the Ministry of Education was launched with the objective to provide equitable access to quality education to children across the country.
For RICB the above initiative marks yet another milestone in providing social security to the citizens of the country.
